The hotel has stunning location eager to help with dining recommendation in a charming location a short walk to the train station and immensely pleasant employees in a warm and friendly manner by the owner. The superior king suite is new-fashioned and has 2 televisions, tea/coffee, and a seating area.
The bathrooms are a little small.

Strongly recommend it and we will be back. Lovely place to stay, it has nice staff in a warm and friendly manner by the owner. The location is great and stunning and just next door to the cliffs overlooking the Thames Estuary, Adventure Island and the gardens & estuary. Hamiltons Tea Room, where you can eat, is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from from here.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location, nice quiet area, very close to the shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes, Cliffs Pavillion and the trains, tourist area, and sea shore. I booked a superior king suite for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. 2 televisions, tea and coffee were provided. The location was great, for example, Southend Cliff Gardens was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The service was fantastic, the food was exceptional. The personnel was incredibly welcoming and pretty friendly.

The hotel has spotless and fashionable rooms complete with toilet right on top of bed, drinks, for instance. The location is brilliant and pleasant, 1 km from Talk. They have lots of meals to choose from, the food is brilliant. The property exceeded all expectations, we would come here again.
